This is draft migration wording for review by KRCTI's privacy and legal owner before publication.
Enquiries
Public website enquiries are submitted to the KRCTI WordPress backend and stored as form submissions for administrative processing. Email notifications may also be sent to the configured KRCTI recipient.
Data minimisation
Only provide the contact and enquiry information requested. Do not submit national identifiers, medical information, certificates or payment details through a general website form.
Processors and retention
The approved email and hosting processors, retention periods, data-subject contact and legal basis must be completed by KRCTI before this policy is published.
